He has completed his Business Administration Studies in the field of an operation (M.B.A – Operation). Because of curiosity and research hobby, he has completed his P.hd in Commerce. He has done his research work in the field of Micro, Small, Medium Enterises (MSME) in the year 2020. He worked with Pragatee foundation’s Computer Teacher Training Academy’s D.C.Ed project and also worked on the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University project D.C.A. (Education) project. Currently working with ITM university (ITM Group of Institutions) as a Registrar. Social Service and educational development are always his prime objectives. He is active member in various social activities and member of a various social groups. Dr. Kiran Rane guides the students in their careers. Dr. Kiran Rane is specially mentioned as an expert in the field of education. Dr. Kiran Rane is constantly striving for the development of schools in rural areas. He has completed his master’s degree in Commerce and completed his law studies from Mumbai university. He has been working with Indian Railway for the last several years. Currently, he is handling all legal and finance-related matters on behalf of the Pragatee Foundation.

Secretary Mr. Narendra Patil is one who supported Pragatee Foundation very well since his appointment. He is one of the well qualified and well experienced dynamic people having social activities in Konkan and nearby regions. He is having experience in the Govt Administration field. He is also an active member of the Social development foundation and other various social organizations. Mr. Patil has successfully completed one of the rare Modi Lippy training from the Department of Archives (Govt. of Mah.). He is so sensitive about social & farmer’s issues that currently he is doing a Ph.D. on the topic “SEZ & FARMERS MOVEMENTS” from the University of Pune. All social and PR related matters are handled by Mr. Narendra Patil on behalf of Pragatee Foundation, Mumbai (Regd.).

Treasurer Mrs. Pawanpreet Kaur is one of the well qualified young dynamic ladies involved in all Child and Women welfare development activities run by the foundation. She is one of the founder members of the organization. Currently, she is handling all marketing and finance related matters on behalf of Pragatee Foundation, Mumbai (Regd.). Mrs. Pawanpreet Kaur Duggal is one who started Pragatee Foundation’s First Pre-Primary school in Navi Mumbai called “Little’s World”. She is responsible for all accounting and auditing work in Pragatee Foundation. She is now an active member of the Women Empowerment Project in Pragatee Foundation.

Trustee Dr. Geetanjali is one of the well experienced and well qualified Medical Practitioner. She is registered with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine & Medical Council of India. She has been associated with Hindu Sabha Hospital Ghatkopar west Mumbai as a Consultant for the last several years. She is also having her own Health Centres in Bhandup west Mumbai. She has been working with Pragatee foundation as a Chief Medical Advisor since its establishment. On behalf of Pragatee foundation, Mumbai (Regd,) all Medical and Health awareness-related programs, camps, and events handled by Dr. Geetanjali. She is one of the main core committee members of Pragatee foundation’s women empowerment team.

Ravi’s career has spanned a variety of functions from Manufacturing, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, and General Management. His more than 28 years of executive experience has taken him around the world, having lived in India, New Orleans, Amsterdam, Shanghai, and now Singapore, and has given him exposure to people and cultures across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
His greatest strengths are his creativity and his strategic thinking. He is constantly looking to connect the dots and is always exploring possibilities. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that stretch the thinking on current paradigms. Ravi is the CEO of Pragatee Foundation and Founder of Enabling Leadership, a project that uses Football, Music, and Lego to instill Leadership skills in underprivileged children. He has also served as the President of the American Production and Inventory Control Society in New Orleans and as the President of the Tulane Operations Society. Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA in Finance and Operations from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Prof. Subhash Pawar, Chairman, Print Aid Centre (Poona) Pvt. Ltd. has nominated and elected for the Chief Advisor post in the year 2009-10 in foundation. He has passed Engineering from Cusrow Wadia in the year 1963. Completed the Graduation in 1970 and stood Fourth in the State. Prof. Pawar was associated with the development team to develop the first minicomputer of India in the capacity of an Industrial Designer. He was the President of the Maharashtra State Federation of Higher Art Teachers and Non teaching Staff for more than 7 years. He has won a prestigious “Rathi Awards” for Best course organizer subsequently for two year in 1990 & 1991. He has chaired the Examination Committee of Pune University & College of Printing Technology Pune, Mumbai as desired then by Government of Maharashtra (Dept. of Tech. Education) & Pune University. He has written & published number of papers & books on various subjects like Applied art, Printing Technology, Screen printing, Lettering & Typography, Computers, Computer Graphics etc. Prof. Pawar has also won Best Author Award for writing book on Photoshop in the year 2010-11 from Govt. of Maharashtra. Prof. Pawar has excellent experience in the field of Computer training, Commercial Art & Education. Prof. Pawar’s PACE had become National Implementing agency for CDAC Gist PACE training program to proliferate usage of Indian Regional Languages by the masses now it has presence in 19 major states of the country.
