About the Project
“Saksham- Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future” is a transformative initiative dedicated to providing skill-oriented employable training programs to unemployed youth. Our core objective is to equip unemployed individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability in sectors such as BPO, Banking & Financials, IT, ITeS, Retail, etc. Through Saksham, we aim to foster economic independence and self-sufficiency among youth while increasing job opportunities for this vital demographic.
Need of Program
In today’s competitive job market in India, having the right skills is essential for securing employment. Especially youth from middle and lower-income groups find difficulties in getting the right employment due to a lack of confidence, communication skills, soft skills, etc. Employers are often looking for candidates who possess specific skills relevant to their industry or role. Ultimately, investing in skill development initiatives benefits both individuals and society, creating opportunities for success and driving economic development.
