Project Description

Laxman Gade, a 32-year-old married man, has studied till 9th grade. After failing in 9^th class he was helping his father in farming and other agriculture activities. After getting married he had decided to do some business. At that time he heard The NDLM program coming to his village as a golden opportunity. He enrolled and successfully completed the program. Today he is familiar with several facets of using a computer and the internet. He says, “Today, I help other people in my area to become digitally literate &  join NDLM center and learn computers and Internet. He learned data entry, MS Office, Internet, Gmail, Facebook, and so on. His speed of learning was so fast that he impressed everybody. On the internet, he finds information about farming and dairying. And he started dairy farming as well as dairying.
