Pragatee Foundation and Lower Parel Vikas and Samajik Sanstha have jointly organized free Distribution of school kits to Sant Gadge Maharaj Ashram School at Biwali Village Bhiwandi Taluka. The school has a good history of Sant & Great Social worker Shri Gadge Maharaj.This event was useful to the children who were facing financial problems. Here all the area comes under backward Adivasi village. There is no power, no transportation facilities, no communication facilities, etc. Here we saw the eagerness of children to learn about the computer, so we have decided to donate 2 Computers to them immediately. Secretary Mr. Harish D. Pagare and President Mr. Kiran S. Rane have made an announcement about the donation of 2 Computers to school. President of Lower Parel Samjik Sanstha Mr. Prakash Patkar was invited as a chief guest.In this event, we have invited forest officers, High court Judges, businessmen, and our sponsors and promoters. The function was attended by Mr. Bhaskar Jhatavkar, Mr. Anandrao bhosale, Mr. Gajanan Sawant, Mr. Eknath Thakur, Mr. Santosh Sawant, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Krishna Bokka, Mr. Jaywant Lokande Mr. Krishna Pawar, and All school teachers and authorities. Students were welcome guests by singing a welcome song. All guests were honored with “flowers and Shawl-Coconut” by the organizer. The speech was delivered by Mr. Haresh Pagare, Mr. Prakash Patkar, and Mr. Bhaskar Jhatavkar.We distributed around 500 school kits and notebooks among students. Students were awarded trophies and certificates for great performance in an earlier academic calendar year. We have distributed trophies for the best candidate, best performer, highest scorer, best sportsman, etc. All arrangements of guests and students including food were made jointly by Pragatee foundation and Lower Parel Samajik Sanstha. Pragatee foundation made an announcement to do such type of work on a large scale very soon in all over Maharashtra to literate poor and backward children in today’s Information technology world. We follow our motto in the real sense i.e. Jan Sukhay !! Jan Hitay !!
