The grand health camp was organized at Juinagar Navi Mumbai under the joint association of Vimal Foundation and Pragatee Foundation .
The said health camp was supported by Millennium Hospital, Sanpada and SHHPBS Chembur Mumbai.
The program was organized in the auditorium of Prabuddha Seva Sangh.
Honorable former MP Shri. Sanjeev Naik, Former Mayor of Navi Mumbai Metropolitan Municipality Shri. Jaywant Sutar, social activist Hon. Madhuri Sutar, Mrs. Suhasini Naidu, Mr. Rajesh Thakur, Mr. Vaibhav Bhaskar, Medhage Madam, Social Worker Jagdish Patil, Social Worker Vijay Sale, Shri. Pratik Yadav, Mr. Siddharth Salvi, President of Prabuddha Seva Sangh Mr. Patil, President of Senior Citizens Center Mr. Kawade, Executive Director of Pragatee Foundation Mrs. Siddhi Rane, Mr. Rakesh Wani, Mrs. Usha Pandey, and their colleagues and activists of the Pragatee Foundation and Vimal Foundation were present in large numbers.
Scavengers working as sanitation ambassadors of Juinagar ward also graced the programs by attending the programs.
In this health camp, the youth donated blood in large quantities to the grand blood donation camp through the Ganesh Naik Blood Bank.
BMD test was also arranged through Medicover Hospital, Kharghar.
Eye check-up services and free spectacles were provided in the camp through World Optic. Free health check-up and medicines were provided on behalf of DY Patil Ayurvedic Institute.
Organ donation awareness was organized by conducting orientation lectures on organ donation. Facilities (ECG service, female/male), CBC, blood group test etc. were also made available through New Millennium Hospital.
Interestingly, today is the birthday of my friend and President of Vimal Foundation Mr. Prakash Dhasal and Secretary Mr. Akash Dhasal. Mr. Kiran Rane from Pragatee Foundation also attended the event and motivated team for doing good work.
The organizers of this socially responsible event, Vimal Foundation and Pragati Foundation, were highly appreciated by the people.
Breakfast and meals were provided to the workers through Vimal Caterers.
Through associate organization Sri Hariharputra Bhajan Samaj, blood donors and health workers and doctors participating in the program were also felicitated with gifts.
