Today, on 4th July 2022, school kits were distributed to the Disabled children at “Divyang Samajik Sanstha Navi Mumbai” through Pragati Foundation and Shri Hariharputra Bhajan Samaj.
These school kits included school bags, rain umbrellas, pens, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, ten long exercise note books, tiffin boxes, water bottles, geometry boxes and towels.
Disabled children from Nerul, Vashi, Turbhe, Sanpada and Navi Mumbai were given the kits.
Mr Kiran Rane, Mrs. Siddhi Rane, Rakesh Wani and Anwar Chivelkar were present on behalf of Pragati Foundation. Mahadev Waghmare, Sachin Dalvi, Sunil Shinde and Sameer Divekar were present on behalf of Divyang Social Organization Navi Mumbai.
Nerul division corporate administrator Girish Mhatre and social activist Sandeep Nikam were present on the occasion. The disabled (Divyang) children and their parents thanked both Pragati Foundation and Shri Hariharputra Bhajan Samaj for this noble cause.
